Statement of Limited Warranty:

SOLITON GmbH warrants to the original purchaser of this equipment that the equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year beginning on the date SOLITON ships the equipment.

SOLITON will repair or replace, at its option, the warranted equipment at no charge to the purchaser and will perform services either at SOLITON´s factory or repair facility or, at SOLITON´s option, the purchasers business location. Freight charges and shipments to SOLITON are the purchasers responsibility. SOLITON will return the equipment to the customer at SOLITON´s expense. Replacement parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or ninety days, whichever is longer.

Equipment transported to another location or customer without SOLITON´s advance approval in writing, and damage due to misuse, accident, abuse, operational error, or fault or negligence of the user, are excluded. This warranty does not apply if any equipment or part has been modified without the written permission of SOLITON; or if any SOLITON serial number has been removed or defaced.

There are no warranties which extend beyond what is stated above and they are the sole and complete warranty offered by SOLITON and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No one is authorized to extend or alter these warranties on SOLITON´s behalf without written authorization of SOLITON GmbH.

Under no circumstances shall SOLITON be liable for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, or consequential, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, arising from the use or loss of use or shipment of any product, part, supplies, or equipment.

All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one year from the effective date of the original warranty.
